100 Altair reimagines high-rise office space with a focus on sustainability and the pedestrian experience. The north façade features a fully transparent curtain wall system with operable windows, allowing for natural ventilation and abundant daylight. A private balcony on the fourth floor creates a visual break in the building’s primary façade. The thoughtful design includes punched openings on the south façade that provide natural light while offering shading to the office space. Vertical fins allow just the right amount of sunlight into the east and west façades. Floor to ceiling storefront glass further enhances the pedestrian experience. The use of SunGuard™SNX 62/27 coating on clear glass ensures optimal solar performance.
