Contemporary Reinterpretation

180 N. Ada in Chicago's growing West Loop neighborhood is a contemporary reinterpretation of exposed structural frame construction. Designed by Brininstool+Lynch using SuperNeutral® 68 on clear glass , the design acknowledges the area’s traditional industrial architecture while providing the upscale amenities expected of a new residential development. The building's L-shaped configuration features a 13-story tower facing Lake Street and 8-stories fronting Ada.
