The 80,000 square meter Anseli Tower combines corporate use with a shopping center. The development is also the first building in Mexico to have the BOMA 360 certification, granted by the BOMA International Association, which fully evaluates key areas such as sustainability, security and maintenance. The architect of Anseli Tower, Jean Michel Colonnier, acheived the certification by incorporating a sustainable, green, eco-friendly building design that minimizes the harmful effects of construction on humans and the environment, as well as minimizing energy consumption and the ecological footprint of the building. Guardian SunGuard HP AG43 on CrystalGray was selected for the glazed facade. The coated solar control glass provides good solar protection and thermal insulation, helping to reduce the building's energy consumption all year round.
