Description of the project

The Helbor Wide project, located in Rebouças Avenue in São Paulo, is a luxurious multi-use project by the developer Helbor. The building has 22 floors and offers residential apartments, a hotel, a cinema, and a shopping center.

The glass chosen is Guardian SunGuard Neutral Plus 41 which, thanks to its solar control properties, controls the entry of heat while balancing the amount of light coming in. The glass offers a great balance between thermal comfort, energy efficiency and aesthetic harmony, characteristics considered essential for multi-use buildings.
