Lobby 33 is a sustainable, innovative mixed-use facility located in Zapopan and is one of the 10 tallest buildings in Jalisco. The structure is built on a philosophy of environmental awareness by implementing cutting-edge technologies, equipment and facilities to change the perception of Mexican architecture in obtaining LEED certification.

It features a unique architectural style and a high-performance Guardian SunGuard® SN 68 glazed façade that provides occupants with increased comfort and wellbeing as well as energy efficient performance.
