Savannah College for Art and Design – Indian Street Campus

Standing at 17-stories tall, this 50,000 square-foot residence hall makes a true statement as the tallest building in Savannah. The jumbo glass at the 17th floor stand 13 feet tall and features SunGuard™ SNX 62/27 on clear glass. The workers leveraged innovative equipment capable of safely maneuvering and installing the panels. Due to the location of the jumbo glass, as well as its transparent nature and low levels of reflectivity, occupants get amazing views of the historic downtown and Savannah River. In addition to housing, a dining hall, event space and rooftop deck, this building includes a convenience store, offices for Resident Directors, a conference room and central laundry room.
