This 23-story tower provides bright, airy spaces for residential, retail, and commercial use. Adjoined to its namesake and inspiration, Brooklyn’s historic Dime Bank, The Dime extends skyward with graceful curves of white terra cotta panels, dark inserts and spacious windows. Glazed in SunGuard® AG 50 performance coating on clear glass, the windows illuminate building interiors and look out on views of all five boroughs. With its light silver appearance and just a hint of reflectivity, the glass is a great complement to this graceful form and its landmark companion.
