Description of the project
The inaugural building on the new Colorado State University Spur Campus, Vida uses glass to invite community members to immerse themselves in a variety of animal and human health programs.
The façade leverages the high light transmission of SNX 51/23 on clear to flood interior learning spaces with natural light. A digital frit pattern created with Guardian Deco HT ® adds solar control and a unique fading effect. Interior glazing allows visitors to observe health exams, dental procedures and general surgery for animals at the veterinary hospital, as well as therapy activities in the equine rehabilitation center.
