About project

The project in Timiryazevskaya street embodies the brightest and boldest design ideas and concepts. The five bulks of Dyhanie residential complex literally soar over the horizon, they are all of non-traditional shapes, and the elevation changes from 28 to 12 stories are absolutely breathtaking.

At the entrance the residents and visitors of the complex get into a luxurious lobby, which is decorated with black marble, rare woods and glass. Each flat has its unique layout, and the top floors are occupied with penthouses. On the roof there is a lounge zone with a swimming pool and a waterfall.
