The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.
The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project
Gare Viger reimagines a former Canadian Pacific Railway train station and luxury hotel with roots in the 1700s for new life in the 21st century. Bright, open feeling towers rise respectfully astride the historic Château Viger to create a development that beautifully houses a 179 room hotel and hundreds more apartments along with retail, eateries and office space. A tree lined rooftop terrace, pedestrian walkways and a massive interior courtyard further enhance the experience.
Light loving, heat managing SunGuard ® SN 68 on clear glass curtain wall is key to this enchanting gateway to Old Montreal.
