Description of the project
Set in a burgeoning Washington, DC neighborhood, 1000 South Capitol speaks to fresh energy and possibilities with its sawtooth curtain wall design.
The consistent angle color of SunGuard ® SN 54 on UltraClear ® glass highlights this unique feature, while the neutral toned SunGuard ® SN 68 on UltraClear ® glass harmonizes with the exterior brick and precast concrete elements. Advanced thermal stress analysis ensured the glass would stand up to variations in temperature over the lifetime of the building.
