PACE Adult Wellness Center

The PACE KC Adult Wellness Center answers the call for accessible health services for citizens aged 55 and older in Jackson County, Missouri. A thoughtfully designed 32,000-square-foot, two-story building, this center transcends the conventional medical facility, prioritizing comfort, convenience and friendliness. Despite a demanding schedule and confined project site, the project team worked closely with its partners to deliver on time. The designers selected SunGuard™ SNE 50 on clear glass to achieve a light blue aesthetic while maintaining a low level of indoor reflectivity for clear views.
