The tech-focused design of the Boren Lofts serves the life science businesses it houses. Each of its ten floors features SunGuard 62/27 on clear, 12-foot-tall glazing that floods the open floorplan with abundant light. Assembling this taller-than-usual vision glazing required an offsite assembly approach. The design team delivered a high standard for performance and aesthetics that helped earn the project LEED® Silver certification.
