615 Waterfront

615 Waterfront is the first commercial building in the Waterfront development, a 29-acre mixed-use campus revitalizing Allentown’s riverfront. The Class A office building features SunGuard™ SN 68 coating on clear glass for its first-floor retail and restaurant spaces, drawing passerby in with high visible light transmission and minimal reflectivity. Floors two through six showcase a grid of vertical windows using SunGuard SN 68 on CrystalGray glass, combining strong solar performance with a subtle gray-blue hue that reduces glare and enhances comfort for workers inhabiting the luxury office spaces. Together, these glazing solutions complement the brick façade while fostering river views and natural light, aligning the building with the site’s vision of reconnecting the city with its riverfront heritage.
