Completed in 2023, Lincoln Property Company’s new global headquarters at 8111 Douglas in Dallas stands as a bold example of modern, mixed-use design. The 13-story Class-A office tower—designed and managed by Lincoln—anchors a development that also features luxury residences, premium amenities, and expansive green space.
The building’s façades incorporate SunGuard™ SNR 43 on Guardian UltraClear™ glass, which combines solar control with high visible light transmission to help create bright interior spaces while managing heat gain. This helps to contribute to occupant comfort and to support energy efficiency, complementing the project’s contemporary architecture and urban setting.
