Housing 300 boutique rooms atop a 161,000-square-foot parking garage, this 22-story structure seamlessly integrates luxury with urban practicality. The exterior is adorned with an extensive use of highly neutral SunGuardSN 54 on clear glass, offering breathtaking views of the city and flooding the interiors with natural light to create a warm and inviting ambiance.
