The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Description of the project

Aero Espaço Empresarial & Hotel is a mixed-use facility located in the Bahia area. The development consists of two business towers with commercial rooms, a hotel tower, and a mix of service stores. The building facade features Guardian SunGuard™ Solar Silver 20 on green glass. As well as giving the building an elegant green appearance, the glass also helps contribute to the building's energy performance, while providing privacy to guests and visitors thanks to its reflective appearance. In order to contribute to thermal comfort, the technology built into the product reflects part of the solar energy, while letting natural daylight into interior spaces.
