Al Fattan Park View is a 34-storey residential building under located in Al Karama, Bur Dubai, Dubai, UAE.The project was developed by Al Fattan Properties and now is being used an accommodation for Emirates Airlines staff.

Designed by Mimar Group, the 26-storey Al Karama Tower is an impressive-looking residential high-rise building that makes a unique architectural statement that befits its location around Dubai’s landmarks. The façade was glazed with Guardian SunGuard™ Double Silver (DS) Grey T, a coated solar control glass that help to provide good thermal insulation, while flooding the entire structure with an abundance of natural light.

SunGuard® DS Grey T combines solar and low-e coatings to provide the perfect balance between light transmission and thermal insulation. The glass satisfies current architectural design trends by providing a neutral steel grey appearance that architects desire. This opens up new design possibilities for architects that can help give their projects a unique edge, flair and style. The glass also provides high performance in terms of visible light transmission and solar protection, making it an ideal choice for glazed façades.
