Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project

The East Quarter Residences are tucked into a quaint corner of downtown Dallas and offer a mix of urbanism, seclusion and convenience. The building embodies a rich history and was restored from the inside out.

SunGuard ® SNX 51/23 on clear glass provides the perfect balance of aesthetics and performance. Its low solar heat gain ensures interiors remain comfortable for residents, while its neutral blue hue complements the dark, quartz grey and white on the façade. In addition, the high light transmission of the coating ensures residents can enjoy bright interiors and luxurious, unobstructed views of the Dallas skyline.
