Description of the project

With its innovative design and performance, the Copenhagen residential development in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, aims to expand the horizons of modern minimalist architecture.

Guardian SunGuard™ Solar Light Blue 52 coated solar control glass was chosen for the building’s standout glazed facade. The glass provides all the optical clarity and energy performance that is traditionally associated with sputtered coatings. It plays an important role in the design and function of the building by helping to reduce glare from the sun, to reduce the demands on the building’s air conditioning, as well as to improve control of temperatures inside the structure. Solar Light Blue 52 is a popular product in the industry, renowned for its durability and performance.
