The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Description of the project

Synonym of art, culture and beauty, the Real Firenze apartment building, located in the Noroeste neighborhood, enchants passers by. The building facade comprises of unitized frames coated in granite and glass.

The glass is laminated Guardian SunGuard™ Solar Neutral Plus 41, a coated solar control glass that offers high thermal comfort and allows natural daylight into internal areas to help enhance the comfort of residents. The beautiful bronze colored glass utilizes true color technology, developed by Guardian Glass Brasil, which helps reduce the effects of color distortion, for a good fidelity to the original tone of the glass when viewed from any angle.
