The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Reserva Alvorada is a project realized by Brasal incorp in partnership with "Fundação Habitacional do Exército - FHE. The project, located in one of the most popular neighborhoods of Brasília, features SunGuard™ High Performance Neutral Plus 50, which offers a great combination of thermal control and natural daylight to help enhance the comfort of its residents.
