122 Leadenhall - The Cheesegrater

The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project

General Clovis Jacy Burmann is a residential complex in partnership with "Fundação habitacional do Exército" - FHE - and is located in the Noroeste neighborhood in Brasília-DF, which is close to parks and shops. The building was designed with technology and materials that provide high levels of comfort to its owners. The glass used in the project respect the architecture proposition; using SunGuard™ Solar Âmbar, its aesthetics brings power and refinement to the project, in addition to thermal comfort.
