DIAMOND II is a visionary project that combines modern design and energy efficiency creating a comfortable and luxurious living space for its residents. The building's exterior is clad with SunGuard® SuperNeutral SN 75 glass, a high-performance coated glass product that offers solar protection and thermal insulation. The glass allows abundant natural light to enter the interiors, while helping to reduce the heat gain and the need for artificial lighting. DIAMOND II is a proud recipient of the first prize in the category Residential buildings over 10,000 sqm. RZP at the official award ceremony of the National competition "BUILDING OF THE YEAR" for 2021. ARTEKS received the awards for investor, designer and builder.
