Located adjacent to the iconic Washington Hilton near Dupont Circle, The Hepburn residential building is a harmonious dance between modernity and historic reverence. Drawing inspiration from the hotel’s distinctive architecture, The Hepburn’s glass façade takes on a semicircular form that echoes the existing structure’s signature double arc. The neutral aesthetic of SunGuard™ SN 68 and SN 54 on clear glass contrasts with the concrete gridwork of the hotel, complementing the original architect’s art form while respecting historic context. The result is more than a residential space – it’s a carefully crafted addition that pays homage to a mid-century modern landmark while offering panoramic city views.
