Highlights
122 Leadenhall - The Cheesegrater

The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Caudwell International

Curved glass, punch windows and precast stone panels make up the envelope on a figure-of-eight footprint.

Professional photography of the Murdock Building in Vancouver, WA.

As the first office building developed at The Waterfront Vancouver, The Murdock sets the tone with its distinctive and forward-thinking design. Transforming an abandoned site into a vibrant mixed-use space, The Murdock not only welcomes a burgeoning community but also pays homage to the Columbia River just a short block away. Drawing inspiration from the shapes of a marina, the building’s gentle angles evoke the prow of a ship. Its light and airy layout offers breathtaking views from its expansive windows clad in SunGuard™ SNR 43 and SN 54 coatings on clear glass. SunGuard SN 54 helps tenants fully experience the sights with its ability to reduce glare, while both coatings help achieve a sophisticated, neutral aesthetic and high performance.
