122 Leadenhall - The Cheesegrater

The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.

Fruit and Wool Exchange

The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Caudwell International

Curved glass, punch windows and precast stone panels make up the envelope on a figure-of-eight footprint.

Description of the project

Designed by José de Barro Lima Arquitetura, Trend Nova Carlos Gomes is an impressive project in an innovative and strategic location. The development consists of three towers – corporate, offices and residential, with complete infrastructure.

Guardian SunGuard™ High Performance (HP) Royal Blue 40 was chosen for the fully glazed facades due to its deep sky-blue reflection and high color rendering. HP Royal Blue 40 also helps to limit solar energy gain, while allowing high visible light transmission through the glass, helping to reduce the need for artificial lighting and to meet local energy codes.
