The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Description of the project
This 8-story building provides 114 condominiums to the up and coming colorful Mission District of San Francisco. The fresh, contemporary design and caring craftsmanship are inspired by modern Latin culture – literally weaving the urban fabric of the Mission into the building itself, with the help of SunGuard® SNR 43 on clear .
