5A by The Waterway Developments is a contemporary commercial destination in New Cairo that combines premium retail, dining, and business spaces within a modern architectural environment. Designed with a focus on both luxury and functionality, the development offers a refined experience for tenants and visitors alike. Guardian Glass products were selected for the façade glazing to support the project’s architectural vision and performance goals. The selected low-E coated glass features a single silver coating designed to help provide solar control, support thermal insulation, and offer flexibility in façade design while contributing to the project’s sleek and modern appearance.
