Located in Mexico's most important commercial and corporate area, QUAD Santa Fe corporate campus is a world-class urban development with an innovative, highly sustainable structural design that has acheived a LEED Silver pre-certification.

The occupants enjoy extraordinary, panoramic views of Mexico's most cosmopolitan city and its high-rise architecture, as well as the carefully-created spaces that offer all the comforts.

Designed by architect Jean Michel Colonnier, with landscaping by architect Mario Schjetan, the building has 15,000 square meters of green areas that create a well planned environment that is in harmony with the vegetation.

SunGuard® HP Neutral 61 coated solar control glass was chosen for the facade, helping to provide energy savings to the complex while contributing to the comfort and wellbeing of occupants.
