Seattle office space

A 12 story, 375,000 square-feet office building in the South Lake Union neighborhood. Designed by CollinsWoerman to achieve LEED certification, the building has SunGuard® SNR 43 on CrystalGray® glass to merge with the Seattle sky and includes integrated salvaged site materials, a south-facing public open space, building amenity spaces and ground level retail/food service space.
