The 75,000 square metres façade features a curtain wall that is double glazed to allow for a high solar protection on neutral-looking glass.
The new-build façades are predominately brick-faced, with punched windows to reflect the surrounding context.

Shoal Creek Walk—a magnificent, 15-story office building in Austin's Market District with a 2-star rating from the Austin Energy Green Building program. 212,200 sq. ft. of office space, featuring 100,000 sq. ft. of SunGuard® SNX 62/27 on CrystalGray® glass substrate, designed to look good inside and out.
