Description of the project

The dramatic, sweeping form of Amaris at The Wharf maximizes views, bathes each residence in daylight and creates a recognizable landmark along the Potomac River.

The design for the tower features SunGuard ® SNR 43 on clear to provide just the right amount of shimmer. The low reflectivity of SunGuard ® SNX 62/27 on clear adds visual contrast on the tower’s sloped curtain wall ends. Both solutions offer excellent solar control to help the project achieve LEED ® Silver certification. As the last building situated along the marina, the Wharf Parcel 9 serves as a stunning closing act to the waterfront redevelopment.
