Designed to attract high-tech tenants while honoring local character, District 121 pairs red-orange brick with darker brick evoking Texas Blackland Prairie soil. Two large “portals” frame the building, connecting it to a community greenspace and tollway while showcasing activities within. District 121 is an early adopter of SunGuard™ SNE 50 coated glass, which balances transparency and reflectivity, supporting energy code requirements and the building’s contemporary look.
