Description of the project
Lead Americas is a high standard office building that was designed to provide the best experience for customers and employees. It is located in one of the most traditional avenues in Rio de Janeiro and uses Guardian SunGuard™ Silver 20 on Green coated solar control glass. As well as giving the building an elegant green appearance, the glass also contributes to the building's energy performance, while providing some privacy to guests and visitors during the day due to its reflective appearance.
Guardian SunGuard™ Solar Silver 20 also can contribute to thermal comfort, as the technology built into the product partially reflects the heat, while letting natural daylight into interior spaces.
