The National Housing Company (NHC) Sales Center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is a modern commercial pavilion fabricated by Al Fozan Uniglass. Its innovative curtain wall combines Guardian SunGuard™ DS Grey T and Guardian SunGuard™ SuperNeutral (SN) 70 T glass, balancing solar protection, glare control, and high transparency to create a sustainable and engaging visitor experience.

The building features a high-performance curtain wall system utilizing Guardian SunGuard™ DS Grey T glass, delivering a distinctive neutral-grey aesthetic while helping support energy efficiency, comfort, and modern architectural design.

iLook Laser Scanners
The iLook Scanner is an advanced quality inspection system designed to ensure precision, consistency, and reliability in tempered glass production. By integrating this technology, Uniglass guarantees that every pane leaving the line meets the highest international standards.
The scanning system automatically measures and scans all glasses for distortion for roller wave, edge lift and anisotropy. It scans full loads and each glass piece individually. This enables operator to analyze each glass online through a dedicated user interface. This immediate feedback allows operator to make fast correction to process.
