Description of the project

Office building Aviatica, whose name refers to the production of aircraft engines in the former factory complex, is a distinctive looking structure designed by Jakub Cigler Architects, whose shell is based on a combination of aluminium profiles with glass ceilings and horizontal ledges rather than connections to floor slabs.

The building is certified to International standard LEED Gold thanks to the use of a variety of energy management systems including the use of Guardian SunGuard SNX 60/28 solar protective glass. With a beautiful, neutral transparent appearance and low reflection, this glass adds a sophisticated look to the building, while also letting in plenty of natural daylight but a low quantity of solar heat. The result is a more comfortable working environment for occupants.
