Located on the main island at the heart of Mina Al Arab community in Ras Al Khaimah UEA, the contemporary, low-rise residential tower has been designed with a free-flowing facade, which reflects the surrounding elements of nature and offers an outstanding panoramic sea view.
The apartments and condos benefit from Guardian SunGuard® DS Grey T, thanks to the product’s low reflectivity and high level of natural light transmittance. DS Grey T is a double silver coated solar control glass with a distinctive neutral gray appearance. The glass helps provide high thermal insulation and offers open, bright spaces with unobstructed views through the glass.
