Description of the project

The stunning 70,000-square-foot Bascom Palmer Eye Clinic in Abu Dhabi was designed by Gresham Smith using Guardian SunGuard® High Performance glass solution. The building is conceived in the shape of a gem — a reference to the qualities and functions of the eye — which are realized in the glass façade, using SunGuard® High Performance Silver 35, which offers high thermal insulation and good solar protection, while its timeless, sophisticated silver color makes the clinic shine all day long.
