Description of the project

Riomar Trade Center is a corporate building built by JCPM group in a unique location: perched on the coast, it allows great views of the Recife Sea. Aiming to provide thermal comfort for its visitors, the building's glazed facade was realized using laminated Guardian SunGuard™ High Performance Neutral Plus 50. With its solar control properties, the glass helps contribute to energy savings to meet or exceed local and regional building energy codes.
