Winner of the RoGBC Green Building Project of the year award 2011, Swan Office & Technology Park is located in the Northern Business District of Pipera in Bucharest. The complex comprises of three low-rise office buildings, whose design achieved a BREEAM Very Good certification. The complex comes up to the highest European standards, consistent with a first-class office location.
Guardian SunGuard® SuperNeutral (SN) 51/28 (now replaced by Guardian SunGuard® SN 51) coated solar control glass was selected for the façade. With two layers of silver applied to the glass, Guardian SN 51/28 provides high natural light transmission, while ensuring high solar protection and thermal insulation properties, helping to keep the building’s occupants and visitors comfortable. The glass has a highly desirable, consistent, and transparent appearance, regardless of the viewing angle.
