A 41-story, luxury rental tower in the Jersey City Newport neighborhood on the Hudson River waterfront. The building was designed by Arquitectonica to maximize views from the 376 apartments out onto the Hudson River and Manhattan, using SunGuard® AG 50 on clear glass to highlight its distinct shape in the Jersey skyline.
