The goal of the Compliance & Ethics Office is to ensure all Guardian Industries companies continue to earn the right to do business by overseeing the development and application of an effective compliance program and facilitating the advancement of an ethical culture. We do this by equipping employees with the tools they need to help them make good decisions; providing resources to assure safety, health, and environmental excellence; and 10,000% compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
To provide a safe and secure method of reporting a concern or question regarding a company policy, behavior or action, we have implemented the Compliance & Ethics Helpline.
This Helpline is available for all employees, customers, vendors and suppliers and is staffed by a live operator from an independent company 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Calls are free and may be made anonymously, where permitted by local law.
NOTE: Guardian's Code of Conduct and associated Compliance & Ethics Helpline are available for reference and use by all Guardian employees. As the Code and Helpline are rolled out around the world over the coming months, they will be translated and edited to be consistent with local laws.
