The eight-story, 96-foot-tall Wood Innovation and Design Centre, designed by Vancouver-based Michael Green Architecture,features triple-glazed energy efficiency with SunGuard Neutral 40 and Neutral 78/65 on clear glass. The building incorporates a structural system that includes a variety of locally manufactured solid engineered wood products including cross laminated timber, glue laminated timber and laminated veneer lumber.
