Dialed into a new ideal

A new mixed-use asset to downtown Lancaster, Pennsylvania, 101NQ offers a luxury lifestyle, walkability and incredible views, inside and out. Constructed within a property that had been vacant for more than a decade, the new structure now offers 13 state-of-the-art retail spaces on floor one, 15 generously proportioned condos complete with private terraces, as well as ideal office settings. The Guardian Glass team collaborated closely with the architect to specify SunGuard® SN 68 coating on clear glass for the first-floor retail spaces. Here the glass transmits 68% of visible light so passersby can be enticed by what’s inside. On the upper stories, SunGuard® SN 54 coating on the same clear glass substrate creates a unified look with specialized performance. Here visible light is slightly lower to reduce glare for residents and office workers while preserving the stimulating views of this now even more active city center.
