1271 Avenue of the Americas, Location: New York NY, Architect: Pei Cobb Freed Architects

The world-renowned 1271 Avenue of the Americas in NYC received a complete renovation by Pei Cobb Freed. SunGuard® SNX 62/27 was chosen to open up the interior space of this iconic tower. The windows are nearly 60% larger to allow more natural light in, reducing HVAC and lighting costs.
