35 XV, Location: New York NY, Architect: FX Fowle Architects

Description of the project

347-foot, 170,000 square foot mixed-use building in Manhattan. The lower six stories provide classrooms and a half-court gym for a private high-school and luxury residences occupy the upper floors. The geometry of the tower façade uses a sophisticated unitized curtain wall fabricated in Europe with SunGuard® Neutral 41/33 high performance glass helping the building achieve LEED® Silver certification.
