Description of the project

The elevated design of the 4000 North Fairfax residential building is composed of three bars of varying height. This nontraditional scheme not only maximizes space for corner units, but also serves to make an aesthetic statement.

SunGuard® SN 54 on UltraClear ® glass is used on the bulk of the façade to provide an ideal amount of reflectivity and subtle blue color that stands out against neighboring structures. The same coating on clear glass was used in retail and penthouse levels to add clarity and neutrality to the exterior.
