ARQ Cumulus

ARQ at Cumulus is the first residential high-rise in the vibrant Baldwin Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, serving as a visual landmark and anchoring a larger 1,200-unit mixed-use development. The tower’s design pays homage to the site’s history, referencing the iconic Cumulus Radio tower with strong vertical architectural elements. A captivating interplay of light and dark façade panels, adorned with subtle feature lighting, activates the tower and contributes to the neighborhood’s emerging urban identity. The tower offers residents sweeping views of the Hollywood Hills, downtown Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean. The high-performance glass façade, featuring SunGuard™ SNR 43 on clear glass aligns with the tower’s commitment to LEED® Gold certification.
