Downtown Santa Fe is an urban complex consisting of a commercial center and three towers for corporate use. Located in the western part of Mexico City, Tower 3 is developed to the highest international standards of quality and energy efficiency, which resulted in the building obtaining Platinum LEED pre-certification.

Guardian SunGuard® HP AG 50 was chosen by the developers of the project for the glazed facade to provide solar protection and excellent energy performance.
